Director's vision

The International Community of Practice for person-centred practice research (PcPR-ICoP) is an international community of collaborating organisations (full members) and individuals (associate members).

Our collective vision is that we significantly influence and advance a greater appreciation of the benefits of person-centredness globally – which includes its contribution to current and future advancements in clinical/caring practice, research, education/learning, facilitation, management, policy and healthcare strategy.

To add to this, my personal vision is that all our activities are embedded in democratic, social learning processes and that we can cause a positive disruption to the stasis that tends to occur in many organisations and workplaces.
