Person-centredness in the academic supervision relationship
I am delighted to share with you this publication by my colleagues at the Health Sciences Faculty, University of Pretoria reporting on their work on developing person-centred practices in their PhD supervision across the disciplines of the Faculty. The team provide 12-tips for developing and sustaining such relationships in PhD supervision. Important and transferable learning to all supervision relationships:
